I am expecting a baby at the end of October so there are no group classes scheduled for massage or yoga at the moment. Please feel free to use the 'resources' page for interesting articles and tips (hopefully I'll be adding to this page while I wait for the baby to arrive)! Our online shop will continue to supply books, CDs and baby massage oil so if you can't make a class then take a look...
