Baby Yoga

Baby Yoga is an excellent way to help your baby to develop physically and psychologically.  One session gives your baby as much activity as they would get if you handled and carried then all day, helping them to become more relaxed and promote good sleeping.

  • Relaxation helps parents to cope with the stresses of early parenting

At each weekly baby yoga class you will learn a new yogic breathing exercise and a gentle stretch and we will focus on a different set of yoga exercises for each part of your babies body. After the yoga there will be time to socialise when refreshments will be provided. The course is suitable for babies from approximately 8 weeks to crawling.

Please wear comfortable clothes and dress your baby in something comfortable such as a vest or sleepsuit. Everything else is provided for you. 

The Baby Yoga course takes place over 5 weekly sessions and costs £45.
